1. Returns

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
1.2 Non-returnable items:

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Personalized items
Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
1.3 Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@zionprints.shop to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Clearly state the reason for the return and provide any necessary details.
Once you receive the RMA number, securely package your item(s) along with the original receipt or proof of purchase and ship it to the address provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

1.4 Refunds:

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Refunds may take a few business days to process, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

2. Exchanges

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the standard return process applies.
